Sorry I was not clear.  I meant a student in American schools who want to learn a foreign language.  If they have a CLT in their Spanish class, they can learn how to pronounce Spanish instead of just how to read/write it.  I know they will be using Cued American English instead of Cued Spanish, but this is how many American kids learn anyway...that's why Americans have an accent when they speak another language.
