These hearing aids were my Grandpa's. They were used for less than 2 years. They are directional (or six directional, I am unclear reading the paperwork) They cost 4400 new, I am open to all offers, I have no idea what the value of used hearing aids is. I thought I would post them here before I go the eBay route. Here are some pictures:

They come with case, a bunch of batteries and some accessories, everything you see in the pictures.

I will ship insured.

you cannot sell a custom hearing aid like that unless whoever buys them just uses them for parts..that hearing aid was made for ur grandpas ears and everyones ears are diff...good luck with that tho...

Are they just variable as far as exterior shape is concerned, or are the internals customized too? Thanks for the info, I am very uninformed about these things.

It is like glasses, everyone has a different hindrance/specification type.

Your grandfather's hearing aids were made for his hearing tests, based on what his audiologist thought he needed.

Why are you selling them anyhow? Doesn't he need to use them?

I figure that everyone has perfect hearing in heaven :) he doesn't need them anymore. Can they be reprogrammed by an audiologist? They been sitting around the house for a couple years and I figured that someone could use them. As I look into it, I find that hearing aids are really expensive, and I thought that it would be easy to sell a used pair for a lot less than new.

You can also donate them. My son's first set of hearing aids was donated to the Arkanasas School of the Deaf and HOH. They loaned them to us till we was able to get finacial help to buy his own. They made his own ear mold and reprogrammed them to match his needs.

If I were in different circumstances, I would certainly donate them. As it is, I am broke and selling them so that I can get my California guard card and get a job in security. I'll try them on eBay I guess. Thanks for all the info.
