Hello All MVP Users!

We will be upgrading your MVP tonight with a new firmware version.

Make sure you’re ready for the change!
To receive the upgrade please:

1. Log off from your MVP.
2. Log back into your MVP.
3. Your MVP will automatically upgrade to the new firmware version. This should only take a short time.
4. Your MVP is ready to make calls.

Please report any issues you may have to Customer Care through the MVP Speed Dial feature or via:

* help.hovrs.tv (deaf callers)
* 1-877-885-3172 (hearing callers)
* Email: help@hovrs.com

Hmm, I searched on Hovrs website that doesn't have PDF or Update notices. where the PDF located at?
 
I logged out and logged in... nothing. I restarted the system, nothing. Mine is still 1.5.0
 
I got Email but I haven't restart my MVP. I only see 30 read/unread messages.

I guess I'll go ahead and restart it in a min or so.
 
I logged out and then couldn't log back in and it says I have to check user/password is correct before logging in again. I knew the user/pass is correct as I tested it on hovrs website. I guess it's down.
 
no, u gotta let hovrs turn off for 5 mins then log back in, it works for me

Please don't say "no" I HATE that word. It sounds like you assume that it is the problem, so never say that word. Say something nicer than that, thank you.
 
Yea, sometime the server see "Ghost" and let wait 5 to 10 mins till the server clear "Ghost" off and you can go logging in..
 
All done! The remote control response time is MUCH better! That's the first thing I noticed so far.
