I got a very serious back injury from cricket. I was a very fast bowler that can caused of my back. I got an extremely pain on my back for 2 years. I have no idea what is wrong with it. I went to visit my doctor to find out what is wrong and couldn't work it out. I thought I will never play sports again. The doctor have been told not to play sports for under a year. No cricket, soccer and table tennis. I have to sit down and try to look after my back.


I went to chiropractor and didn't work then I end up go to the back specialist/Musculoskeletal specialist. Had a numerous x-ray and check up. I was diagnosed Bulging Disk and have been told that I must to do special back exercise in each day. They told me that I need a break from sports for another 3 months and will focus on exercises. It will help to heal.


Next few months, I have been trying to keep it up my exercise and then I felt very sick and lose a lot of weight. In 6 month time and I felt SOOO much better than ever. My back pain is completely dissapeard. After 3 years, I still keep it up my exercise and I am very fit. I am still playing table tennis. I decided to quit Cricket and soccer because I want to focus in table tennis.
