Oddly, I havent really find any FPS games that has really "killed" Halo since the orginal Halo released on Xbox back in 2001. Sony bragged how Kill Zone would be the Halo killer with cinematic style and such but still, it didnt really go anywhere that much to be a Halo killer. I've played that on my PS2 and eh...I didnt really find it addictive and challenging as Halo. Even Doom 3 didnt come that close to be another Halo killer either.
Halo series is really one of the most unique and creative FPS, and I've never been that addicted to such FPS games like Halo before. Surely I was addicted on Doom, Goldeneye007, and now Halo but wow...just wow. Halo was just something. Not like all the others FPS games You've seen all the time...it was just genius work.
I've played alot of other FPS games before and after Halo 3 like The Darkness, Prey, The Orange Box, and even Bioshock...none of them, I find to be anywhere as a "Halo killer". lol 
Guess I am a hard die Halo freak then.
Just the only and very best FPS I will never EVER forget in my whole life. :P
