It is illegal, under the FCRA, to conduct a check on anyone's consumer report (which is ANY kind of background check, basically) without their express consent. Many of the countries noted below to not allow access to court documents. be wary of services like this. You may be violating another person's civil rights.
 
Smells a lot like bullshit to me. Where are all these databases, and how does your software access them? Provide details. I’ve used KnowX extensively, and I know that it’s very easy to rack up $500 worth of charges in an hour or less using a legitimate records search engine. How can your product possibly do what you claim it does?
