Thanks E and Wendy for the sharing sites with various hoax !! I will share this with other friends of mine who send out the emails around.
Glad, it is hoax because the story was really scared me. I may never seat on the toilet. 
Unless, I put the toilet paper around the seat before I can pee and poops. 
Did not want the spider claw up into my pubic. Ewwwwwww !! For sure, I would freak out and scream.
