That's not at all surprising. Even better-off Iraqis are having a hard time finding somewhere to be, to say nothing of poorer ones that are put in the situation of either being rejected from the country they're trying to enter, or being accepted and not being provided any legal opportunity to work, educate their children, ect... with no aide, those people are forced to find somewhere new to run, or worse, forced to return.
