No sleepwalking, it is not same thing. 
When u sleep, u dream. when u half awake and half sleep ( almost sleep not yet there ) u dream. It is called awake dream. This is what I am asking u is this what ur trying to explain above this? Unless it means differently.
Me sleepwalk? never cuz I am light sleeper. anything touch me , slight move or little light woke me up easy. Unless I would have known if I was sleepwalk by my hubby or my kids would have told me about it.
