That can change. There's always something that'll have me go out of state someday, but what, I don't know. I have wanted to explore new places, but don't have the time now to do it. I know that I won't stay in Illinois forever, but how that'll happen, I have no idea.

it MAY happen... or MAY NOT happen.... and this is limited to those traveling to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign destinations which are out of country

Yes, I know. I did read the article before posting it. That's what caught my attention, and you are correct that it does not really affect me.
