Hello Everyone,
I'm writing a masters paper on the viability of a closed captioned radio talk show. The audio will be translated by a speech to text program and displayed online for people to read. The text will be stored in archives for later viewing.

All the information is completely anonymous and will be used in my paper and could be presented to radio stations if the results are statistically significant. I'm hoping to make a change in the deaf and hard of hearing community

I like talk radio, this sounds like a great idea, I would use it if it was available.
