I fried trout. Hmmm, it's good. I haven't eat it a while.

Yes, I have eaten fried trouts before, and they aren't too bad. Very bony for me. I like them flaked (if they're bigger than 12"), washed, and baked.

last time, I ate trout, not much bone in there. Because I went to the finest store to purchase fresh trout.

Of course, I can't buy and put in freeze. I read from the cook book (good thing I have it for long time), it said that trout, after dead, will be last only up to 9 days. So, it's wise to purchase and cook em. It will get good taste and don't get sick.

I don't like fried fishes. Would rather eat sushi/sashimi or grilled salmon.
