Treo 650 alert via AOL

I have the Treo 650 with the internet data plan, the AOL software and a My IP Relay number. Is there a way to set up the Treo to vibrate when receiving a call via IP relay thru AOL IM?

I have the AOL 3.3 software. I need to know if there's a way for the Treo to alert me when receiving Instant Message. Most callers are leaving a message forwarded to my mailbox because I'm missing the calls...

yea i am aware of that u need to be alerted. my friend has same problem with 650 that doesnt vibrate whenever she gets emails which really sucks ! i

do u have Verichat in ur 650 ? it should has vibrating alert.

Hmm. Which email you talk about it? I never had problem with that. I never miss it.
 
hmm she has treo 650 under sprint. she has two email accounts on that. one is ####@sprintpcs.com in VERSMAIL program that doesnt vibrate. and other is ####@pm.sprint.com does vibrate. any idea ?

AH!

I use Versmail for gmail and dont need to vibrate. I just like to check myself.

I use MMS and it work great for vibrate. I use Treo650 under T-mobile.

That's not off topic since we talk about Treo and alerts.
 
Treo650 doesn't have pushy email that way to vibrtaor you. Only virbator does from SMS, MMS, call and certrain IMs.
 
Sorry for being PDA illiterate but what is SMS and MMS?

Neo, does the Verichat software have vibrate alert? Best I can tell, it will work with AOL, correct? I wasn't able to download the demo but will work on it.

SMS other word TEXT. It is text-only messages.

nope. Verichat do not have vibration option. sorry.
 
verichat do have vibrate. I did test 4 programs of chats (munda, verichat, +im, and jabber)

So far I love verichat than others. so if there any other programs that i not know of, and let me know. So i can check it out before i purchase. Everyone have diffy opinions here.
