Well, both of the dalmations aren't neutered. They've got huge balls dangling from behind their asses! Ugh! My brother once flicked their balls and they dragged their asses yelping in pain! Hahaha! My parents thought they would wait until later and save money so the could get them neutered later. Unfortunately, the procedure costs too much now that they are older and my parents wish they did get them neutered when they were puppies. That's what you get for putting things off! Grr!
