Are you using manual toothbrush or electric toothbrush?

For me, I'm currently use Sonicare DiamondClean, that I bought at much cheaper via Amazon. I used Oral B electric toothbrush and varies of manual toothbrush in my life, but Oral B and manual toothbrush aren't for me because of gum bleeding. I have problem with gum bleeding for long time so my dentist recommended me to try Sonicare with sensitive support and it worked very well - no more bleeding.

Sonicare is little more expensive than Oral B for brush heads replacement but worth for my gum health.

Being a little too compulsive I tend to overbrush, so I went to a Sonic kids toothbrush, electric.

But I still manage to brush too much and get sensitive teeth, so I have to use a soft kids manual toothbrush for most of the time.

Yup, same here, I have OCD and the overbrush is common for me.

I brush my teeth manually. :)

I used to have a Sonic toothbrush until I moved and lost it. I will probably switch back to it whenever I find it again (and replace the brush with a new one). :)

I use the Sonic electronic toothbrush. I bought one on a whim figuring it would be some kind of novel gadget but after comparing manual to electric I never went back to manual. I never felt so clean teeth!

I use a Sonic. I can't say I feel my teeth feel any cleaner, but it's a good tooth brush.

However, I would suggest a water pick for flossing as I feel that is a big improvement.

Oh I see, no more worries about cavities?

I use regular flossing everyday because not flossing regularly cause cavities in between teeth to other teeth.

Sonic brush = :thumb:

yes it's pricey but you'll get your money well worth it because it will last a very long time.

I use just an regular toothbrush. I get a new one every 1 to 2 months. I brush and floss like momma told me to. My teeth and mouth stays clean. I do not understand how people can go days without brushing. Eeewwww! Especially when you learn that tarter is bacteria poop! Yes, feces of bacteria is the nasty carpet on people teeth.

I just use a washcloth and soap. :ugh2:

I have forgotten my toothbrush before. Ended up using a wash cloth and baking soda to clean my teeth and a toothpick from a resturant.

I've used Sonicare for a few years now. I remember the first time I used it though, they wer so clean they felt almost like I got a cleaning at the dentist! I couldn't stop licking them :giggle:

I alternate using Sonicare electric toothbrush and a manual toothbrush, in addition to using floss, tongue scraper, salt water rinse, and alcohol-free mouthwash. No plaque dare try to live in my mouth! :D

Reba... salt water rinse? What's in for? I'm curious.
To promote gum health. My periodontist recommends it.

I like to gargle with salt water, too. It gets that scratchy feeling out of my throat, especially in the morning.

Got this from my dentist a few years ago. Just recently bought two new brushes for it.

I was terrible at making myself floss till I got this.

And I never liked mint mouthwash. I found this and use it now.

I have an electric toothbrush, Crest 3D White Luxe, and Listerine Total Care Plus Whitening mouthwash.

:D

I use a regular toothbrush.

I will never use a prison community toothbrush, however. (Ambrosia knows what I mean! )

I always use my manual toothbrush, and I tried a electric toothbrush one time and did dislike it.

It feels really weird the first time, but even after only a few uses you get used to it and doesn't feel weird anymore. You should give it another chance and stick it out for a few days, they are totally worth it. Clean your teeth sooo much better than a manual. Just my 2 cents.
