I will tip most of the time but if someone has exceptionally bad attitude toward me because of my deafness or service was exceptionally bad, they get no tip at all. I don't think I've refused to tip people more than 3 times in the last five years.One Japanese restruant had a very bad atitiude toward my deafness so they got no tip. One guy in Olive Garden kept getting me food I did not order at all so he got no tip either.
