There are many different levels of rights.
Yeah, we women have our Bill of Rights...we can vote, we can drive a car, etc.
But oppression still exists - we still have a long way to go. We have issues with equality when it comes to social rights and other kinds of rights. An example - look at how the media protrays women...oh! wait! THAT's the objective of this thread!
