I remember this one. The "man" is actually a woman. He still has the female organs. That's how he is still able to get pregnant.

Agree....and yes, Beatie, to my knowledge had 2 children...haven't heard about a third yet, but wouldn't surprise me. He was a woman, still has all the "female plumbing"....but looks like a man and married another woman (or something like that).....kinda' "freaky" to me...but again, to each their own, He does seem to be "happy", and that's the most important thing.
 
hence the quotes around "pregnant man" - it's not really a man.. its a woman who live as a man.
 
It seems he is Transgendered according to the article I read.

He/She has already had 2 children and is preparing for the 3rd.

Yes they are real...I saw them on TV about a year ago or so. I don't remember what show it was....probably on day talk show or something like that. Or on TLC or Discovery.
