This is so heartbreaking , we need to get drunk drivers off the roads

Why not bring back Prohibition? that'll get drunk drivers off the roads.

Yes, very sad indeed. I thought about that couple a lot, as I'm a walker along a rural road, and thinking that could be me. Though, I never walk at night, people do and have every right to, and not be expected to be hit by drunk drivers. It also occurred in my county, not too far away.

I don't think Joker's idea will ever be instituted again, unfortunately they'll always be alcohol and drunk drivers!

Oh do be very careful when you're out walking. I had post this happen to a teenage girl and her b/f in my city . A drunk driver hit both of them and the girl was killed and her b/f injury for life. I did think of you when I was posting this and wondered if happen near you. I use a flashlight at night just taking my dog out in my own yard . Some people speed in the driveway all the time , one woman got pulled over for speeding.
 
I know half of how that is... 16 days after a wonderful 3-day weekend at a Medieval festival when we camped out, my last partner was killed by a drunk driver, a bartender who had come off her closing shift at 4 AM in the morning. I said half because I didn't see her killed. In fact, I didn't know for 3 months until she came to me in a powerful dream of connection in which I felt feelings I had never felt during dreams. I wondered who that was most of the day, and then I got suspicious and looked up her name and "died" in google. There it was, and my friends didn't even contact me to let me know it happened and make sure I was okay. NOT ONE. I was furious at the loss of my good friend AND the people who didn't contact me.

I think marijuana should be legalized like in Colorado. Why not just tax these drugs? It improves revenue for states instead of raising taxes. Just like why not leagaize prositution and tax that too. As far gun control i disagree. You should be able to protect yourself since cops cant protect you that woman died killed in san francisco by an illegal immigrant is a good example what gun laws do.

How awful no one contacted you , I think people post this on facebook instead today . My daughter found about a good friend death of facebook and it was a shock to her and an awful way to find out. I am sorry for the lost of your friend,
