That IS what she should've done, instead of chopping someone's manhood off. Let the police do their jobs; never take justice into your own hands unless your life depends on it (Like self-defense shooting and stuff like that).

That's the thing-- she didn't have proof that we know of. Her child probably didn't tell her who did, and if the child did report it, he/she might be too scared to say who it was, for safety reasons (Like harming family members). Now, I don't generally support chopping off someone's manhood, and I don't see the proof yet, but I'll be tracking the story closely.

I could not help it - I checked in on what happened to Bobbit. The whole thing kind of has a Palin family kind of stickiness to it. I try and ignore it but there I am reading up on it grrr.
