Thinking in sign

Is it possible that I think and hear in sign. I dream in sign and when I hear music I see the asl version in my head.

i dunno about hearing in sign....
But certainly dream and think is for sure
 
Well I don't mean hearing literally but when I do hear in my head I see the sign for what I heard. I don't hear much but when I do that's how I interpret it I guess.

To me that seems like thinking in sign...mmmmmm..
the mind is s powerful noodle....who knows what goes upstairs half the time...
 
I almost never use sign language in my dreams which is weird because I use sign language 100% of time in my life. I made up a verbal language in my mind to associate with written English words.
