When you watch your favorite TV newsman or a TV talk show host 95% they use a teleprompter. Is someone telling him what to say though an teleprompter? When people use an teleprompter they're not speaking though their own mind. You can tell when someone is using an teleprompter by just watching their eyes go back n forth as they're reading something.

Presidents have used speechwriters for so many years. I'm perfectly fine with it. People are busy, and if someone else writes what they want said and they don't have to spend weeks memorizing speeches while ignoring other business (which is particularly valid for a president), then more power to them.
