Last night I picked up the OXM (Official xbox magazine) with a demo disc in it.
I played "The Suffering" demo that was included in the disc and man, I gotta say this:
This game is totally scary enough! It looks more like a cross between Resident Evil especially Code:Veronica X and Silent Hill with "The Green Mile" thrown in for a good measure.
The opening cutscene was more like a horror version of "The Green Mile", but nonetheless it was very scary with frightful creatures that would make Silent Hill's creatures look like lap dogs!
The good news is that "The Suffering" has subtitles in both cutscenes and gameplay!
The full version comes out for PS2 and xbox this month.
