I’ve seen all three of the movies that have been made from Sparks’ books. The Notebook is by far the best one. Message in a Bottle was just a little too formulaic, and A Walk to Remember was geared too much towards the adolescent MTV crowd (but I still enjoyed AWTR—I’ve seen it three or four times). If you like love stories, this one will definitely keep you reaching for the Kleenex box.
