Cool thread... The highest elevation I have been from hiking is Mt. Timpanogos, which is about 11,749 feet. It took 12 hours roundtrip but I loved it. I have also ascended other mountains such as Deseret Peak (11,031 ft.), Mt. Olympus (9,026 ft), Naomi Peak (9,979 ft), etc... It is my goal to ascend King's Peak in Utah, which is the highest elevation in Utah, with about 13,500 feet. I also hope to ascend other peaks in Salt Lake County such as Twin Peaks, Lone Peaks, Pfefferhorn, etc... I love hiking.
