Agreed. Hearing children are just as likely, if not more so, to run into the middle of a busy street, as recongizing that the street is filled with traffic is a visual task. Deaf children consistently perform better than their hearing peers on visually based tasks.
Yeah, he has been told how insulting he is. He simply doesn't care. He takes great joy in attempting to insult and degrade the deaf community at every turn.
