  im NOT at all surprised abt DC being in the worst driving rating LOL -- that is about right on the average length of time spent in the car during peak rush hour and its WORSE during the school year -- not too bad during summers but HIGHER traffic accidents due to out of towners unfamiliar with where theyre going, higher rates of aggressive drivers and weather related issues (this being year-round regardless of which season)
