Right! and I definitely agreed. 
I have never I mean never text messaging while driving not once! If I need to text someone in case of emergency, I would pull over to the side of the road to do that. I don't want to put anyone's lives in jeopardy, and nobody should.
Every day I see more and more people texting, talking on cell phones, checking email and not paying attention to driving.
