Court can't execute just a rapist, your right, I was waiting to see if you know this law to understand where I stand.
It all down to just a judgement, that happens long AFTER crime has committed, MAJOR difference than when crime is committed.
I'm referring acting like God when it comes to making decision on whether to put one to death. That is a judgement, only God can, not human being.
I won't take God's seat when it comes to decide who gets death, who does not.
