OK, you protect your loved ones by executing a person. Why shouldn't a court execute a same person who hasn't been executed by you? What's the difference?Edited: Something recently popped up in my head. The father killed his daughter's rapist. Is it not a death penalty as well? Death penalty is a punishment by death so the father punished the rapist by death. I don't see why courts can't do the same.
