The 2 pics tell it all. Left is before cell phones and right is after cell phones. Cell phones are really robbing the teen society of interpersonal skills. Is this what parents want these days? I see cell phones are turning ordinairy teens into nerds.

I was just talking about this last night... I was at a restaurant and everybody was just looking down at their cell phones, and I was like "remember back in the day when people used to actually TALK to each other?"... it seems like everywhere you go teens are staring at their phones, I don't see what's wrong with having a nice phone and text messaging, calling, and even playing games and such... but it's become a competition to have the best of the best phone, and so when a young person gets one they "show it off" by not showing it to others, but using it in FRONT of them. I also think that when a person is younger and they get a phone they think it makes them look more mature, and so they use it in front of people (whether consciously or subconsciously) and thus achieve the opposite of what they want, being as they look immature constantly playing on their phones.

It's sad. What irks me the most is when people, including teenagers answer or call someone on their cellphone in front of their family, relatives or friends.

I told my kids the rules...no cell phones during dinner time including eat out. It's important to have a family conversation.

You're wondering who I am -- machine or man-i-quinn. With parts made in japan. I am the mod-ern man.

I've got a secret I've been hiding under my skin. My heart is human, my blood is boiling and my brain is I.B.M.

-skip abuncha stuff-

The problem's plain to see -- too much technology

Machines to save our lives. Machines dehumanize.

The time has come at last

To throw away this mask

So everyone can see

My true identity...

I'm Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy!
