That why you need to check bill statement to make sure that any charges are correct or not.

It did happen to me with AT&T and Verizon so they fixed it.
 
I have t-mobile as well. :/

The thing is many times those 'charges' can seem legit so no one really questions it. My friend has AT&T and they have been constantly at odds with ATT recently for what they've been doing to them- it's a ****ing battle to get ATT to DO anything or correct anything.
 
Phone companies have been caught time and again for charging people for services or taxes that they didn't provide or even exist. AT & T is really bad regarding this one.
