T Coil on Naidas

I got a new loop system thinking my loop system for tv was not working.

Now the new one, I can still hardly hear.

Thinking it maybe my t coil program.

Can the t coil setting be adjusted to make it louder or it is just a on off thing with adding Mic etc?

Can't get an appointment until Friday, ah. Monday today.

Can't remember if the t-coil vol can be adjusted. Do know that if the t-coil alignment in the HA can affect how it receives signals from loops. Haven't used my t-coil in my Naidas because I have the iCom/ComPilot (now have both) and the TVLink.
 
call your audie and ask. I can't remember if t-coil can be adjusted. I haven't needed an adjustment with my t-coil setting, it's fine where it's at.
 
I'm pretty sure that T-coil volume can be adjusted independently of general microphone volume on digital HAs. Just ask your Audi.
 
Audi said yes the t coil has a separate volume and is easily adjusted. :)
