Strange about CAR!

Is that illegal or legal to put the chip into your car for disable turn the car on.

I have a friend of mine, she bought a used car with contract pay on time each month. You all know the basic rule be responible to pay on time. However, do you think that sounds right to put the computer chip to turn the car off. If you told the dealer that you will pay next time due your health come primary in your life. So you agree that they have alright to turn the car off until my friend pay.. then they will allow to my friend car turn on for anytime. Do you agree with that??

Is that illegal or not.. It sound like a pet to me.:ugh:
 
I look recent and saw one poll that legal? HOW is that called legal to put the chip into the car? If woman driving in middle of highway at night and then turn off her car. Is that sound right?
 
I never heard that before, but I think it is a GREAT idea. Makes people more responsible if they can't use the car for not paying. I think this would work better than threatening to repo the car. Technically, it isn't her car until the final payment is made. I feel that the lienholder should have the right to do that.
