Not a big fan of most of the stores listed but it sucks for the job losses.
I still shop at radioshack sometimes, they still carry a pretty good supply of circuitry stuff. Built an ignition control module for an old outboard last year with mostly their parts but I've always wondered why they bother. The entire order came to like $12 and it was a lot of components. I really don't see to many people building their own circuits these days.

I believe that Kmart will be disappear soon.
You have other option is Target, competitor to Walmart.
The Kmart here closed down years and years ago. There is a Tractor Supply there now. Another Kmart closed down next to where my sis works an hour away 4 or 5 months ago. Only 1 Kmart thats still open in a 40 to 50 mile area.
I can do the same for Starbucks. Two of them are in the same mall complex. Our local K-Mart is closing at the end of the year too. Target and Wal-Mart are popping up everywhere though. If I leave my house and drive just two miles in any direction, I could be at Target.
A local drug store just shut down and it was the one I used , Kmart is the same very small mall and Radio Shack which s not going good. It look like we could lose these stores too . Shaw's doing poorly too and trying to compete with Market Basket.
We have Shaws up here too. I was in one recently and could not believe what a ghost town it was, not a soul around in a huge store, middle of the day.Market Basket had just opened. Feel bad for Shaws, it's been around forever. My town has Hannaford, no Shaws.
Oh, btw, WDYS, love your wolf howling at the moon!

Market Basket? You must almost be in New Hampshire? Hannaford is way better than Shaws.
I lived in NH for a while. I keep moving further north. Some day I'll end up in Canada.
So, your in northern Maine?
