Still do package deal or no?

Let's say you're selling 2 bikes. $150 each or $275 if you agree to buy both. The person bought one for $150. Now the person decides he wants the other one. Do you give it for $125 or tell sorry, I no longer have to do package deal?

Let's say you're staying in hotel. You get 15% discount if you stay 2 nights. You decide to sign in for one night. Once that one night is done, you've decided you would like to stay 2nd night. Will you be able to get 15% discount ? Or will you be able to get 15% off only if you signed in for 2 nights?
 
I'd say it depends on the profit cost to you. If the 15% isn't that big a hit to your bottom line and it will increase bikes you sell, that is good. But if 15% is a lot of your profit, then maybe set a policy of same day or same week. Many places that offer a big discount for bundling only do it at the time of sale of the first item.
 
The hotel will honor it to keep the business and word of mouth that they are a great place. You as an individual, can do it to get word of mouth out there or say no and chance a return customer as well as free advertisement.

Have you thought to have decals made to stick on the bikes like small car lots do?
Put flyers up at stores on the free buletin boards?

Are decals the ones with price tags and information about the bike(s)? I have thought about that. I should do that when Spring comes up.

No, they can be paper or vinyl self stick, any size from an address return to whatever size you want. Have your name or a business name with phone number

( as an example )

Well, what you just said that it come in package deal, "if you agree to buy both" at the same time. If he came back on same day or within hour, that is fine, still a deal package but if he came back 2 days later, that's a different story you know? Sale ended two days ago.
