Big, big fines in my State....would also like to see a Law passed for a 1st offense...big fine...and loss of license for a year. Nobody, and I mean, nobody...has the right to drive drunk....Call a cab or get a designated driver...And if someone is an alcoholic, then get a room near a Bar so they can walk back and forth...
...then again, the danger of public drunkness...getting thrown into Detox. And a Fine!....So better yet, do the drinking in your home.
