I agree- I don't know how many times I have tried to "make" an employer look at things in a certain way - the disabled CAN be a much more loyal, hard working workers then the nondisabled. They COULD be making more money or getting MORE things DONE for a minimal amount of extra employee expenses. I would say at this point- you get what you pay for !
