Sprint BB 8703e - no phone icon

Hello folks,

I noticed no phone icon on the main screen on my new Sprint BB 8703e. Did someone remove phone icon and installed Sprint relay app? On other howard forums, I discussed with someone to find about SID number and was told to have dial to get info like IP address, SID, etc. on screen and noticed no phone icon on main screen.

Hi Tim, You got new spirit BB 8703e, hows that possbile someone remove the phone icon from your bb? pre-intalled sprint relay on your bb you bought. I really wondring why you worry about phone icon??

there is none of phone icon on all bb from tmob, sprint, att on and on like mine tmo bbg too after I purchased that way. :)
 
You should be able to "unhide" it by holding "Alt" and then clicking the trackwheel. There should be an option to "Show All." Go over the phone icon and then hold Alt and click the Trackwheel again to uncheck the "Hide Application" menu option to permanently show the phone icon.

If that doesn't work, you will need to contact customer service.

Yeah. Thanks for replies. I discussed with other wireless forum and learned something. When I hold down ALT key and pressed the trackwheel then selected "View All". Two hidden icons appeared on my screen - BES and phone apps.
