Yes, I remember this from last week. Very sad. :(

It also makes me angry. The father, a gang member, was the cause of the shooting, and he isn't cooperating with the investigation. :mad:

Yes, it looks crime is getting worse in Chicago again. :(

Many people left Chicago to Texas to escape from violence and gangs.
 
You know that's when things are bad when they start executing children. I worry about the same thing happening in Baltimore with the ways things are going these days. Poor Chicago and especially this child. :(

It's not new thou. Don't you remember that kid in Chicago who was a gang member and got executed by fellow gang members? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Sandifer Chicago is BAD for gang violence!

The crime was horrible in most cities in 80s and early 90s due to crack epidemic.

I never forget about special education program in inner city, no mandatory uniform, some kids wear gang style and horrible drug epidemic, even I was in bus and they went thorough the ghetto with criminals and gangs. It was back in 1993.
