Is it easy to forget you had it?

For example:

I let someone test ride my bike. He gave me his cell phone to hold while he rode bike. I kept it in my jacket pocket. He bought the bike. I was telling him to enjoy the bike. He was saying what about my phone? Sorry, I didn't mean to run off with your phone. Stupid me..

I went out to eat, but I had no pocket. I asked my friend if she would hold my wallet in her purse. Later on, she went on a train trip. She didn't realize she had my wallet so I'm stuck.

Can you tell me about some situations like this you had?

yes many. FRUSTRATION ANNOYED AND PI88RD OFF when it happens plus tearing hair out,otherwise no other advice unless you phone her then get to bank get another card express

I was talking to my neighbor and he said he was trying to find his car keys and I kept trying to tell him that the keys where in his hand!
