I'm meat eater!!!!
I need meat to match vegetables... It's too boring to taste only vegetables or salad without MEAT... ohhhh nooooo...
I eat white meats/fish 3 times a week... red meat once a month... (cook well).
I use combine diet sometimes (like on & off)
Fishes/Meat with vegetables/salad....= protein & neutral group
or
Potatoes with vegetables/salad = carb & neutral group
(it's not mean that I want to be diet but my figure should stay like this..)
You can lose of weight alot when you use combine diet all the time...
