It is interesting article from Boston Newspaper. I would like to share this with you guys. It is a good anology computer system as human's brian while they sleep.

New research sheds light on the role of sleep in memory retention. Even while you sleep your brain is at work recalling memories and details that happened throughout the day. Like a hard drive that de-fragments information before reorganizing it, your brain uses sleep to consolidate and restore memories. The finding may influence learning techniques and the treatment of mental illnesses, like post-traumatic stress disorder.

I wonder if you dream in color view and also sign language? I mostly dream the hearing people use the sign language in my dream. I woke up, dang they do not know sign language. I remember, I dream color view and dark (if it is bad dream).

That is indeed very strange but it wouldn't surprise me if it was true. It would explain why some people go to sleep and wake up in the morning with the solution to a maths problem or something. I wonder how this affects dreams?

It would be nice if they could record our dreams. If something great happened, we could view them. Imagine hooking up your dreams to your computer. By the next morning, you could get on your computer and watch. Perhaps, it's enjoyable. It would also help us remember our dreams and possibly make stories from them.

I've always been so fascinated about learning from what I have dreamt through the night and so forth. From 1993 til 1996 I recorded my dreams whenever possible. Wish I had done the last 7 years, but just have been lax.
