Most people would panic and perhaps fall while under pursuit by a cascading avalanche. How does freeskier Sverre
Lilliquist react? He performs a back-flip, then outruns the immense snow slide. (The avalanche portion of the video begins at the 54-second mark; the slow-motion portion showing the back-flip is at about 1:50.)

Lilliquist, a famous freeskier, was being filmed as part of the Swatch Skiers Cup 2013, a big-mountain and backcountry competition between the Americas and Europe, in Zermatt, Switzerland. The event was won Thursday by Europe.
