First: This is not a pro CI thread (Just an observation). Me and my wife were browsing in a toy store, when I happened to notice a six year old with a CI conversing with her mother about a toy she wanted. I did not approach them (Just observed). I know that results vary from child to child but the little lady seemed to have good understanding and clear speech for her age. I did not intrude or wish to embarrass them. Just watched their interaction.

I am honestly not quite sure how to respond to this. 
It was nice, that experience, yes? I can see it in my mind, that fluid interaction between a child and the parent.
It is beautiful.
Have you seen a deaf child interact fluidly with a parent? That is beautiful as well.
I will just assume that you wanted to share the experience with no ulterior motives, that you were enthralled by beauty.

No I have not. I assume it would be but it has been many years since I was in a store or out and about anywhere and saw anyone of any age use sign language.
