I don't know your context, but generally the sign BETRAY is like "backstab". The dominant "A" hand strikes the backside of the "1" hand with a downward motion.

SUICIDE, generally, is "KILL SELF". For specific mode of suicide, it can be signed "SHOOT SELF" or "HANG SELF", etc.
