thank god i never used Wyndtell -- ive heard SO MUCH shit abt them -- the way they conducted their "business" was absolutely in the negative even if Dennis has said "...which DRAMATICALLY improved their service..." i still wouldnt use them period -- i cant trust a company with a VERY bad reputation/history in every areas including customer servicei have a SK2 and its working well for me
