Dennis - That may be true, but how come I do still hear other people complaining about their customer service plus the additional fees on pagers for which they refer as "ridiculous"?
I'm sure that GoAmerica/Wyndtell is trying to improvise things for the consumers and yet, I still have to see that for myself. I am not criticizing GoAmerica/Wyndtell, but I just had to be blunt about the behavior of their customer service, anyway. So, hope they have learned their mistake, like you said.
