Steve, I second that - GoAmerica/Wyndtell has the WORST customer service; and I have never bought or used any pager through that company at all. So, like I mentioned earlier, I don't know if GoAmerica has that A630 or not. Basically, it is just up to others, for their choices to make - I personally don't care about GoAmerica, anyway.
