No, it isn't "all cool." Guys who don't have to take responsibility for their children will just keep making more of them. Also, the boys they don't support will see unenforced child support as an acceptable way for them to behave when they grow up. Then, there's the extra financial strain on the child's family when the deadbeat dad is allowed to get off free.
